  1.    'And hast thou slain the Jabberwock?' asks the king.
  2.    You draw his attention to the head of the Jabberwock which you took
  3. along to show him. It is about eight feet across.
  4.    'Come to my arms, my beamish boy! Oh frabjous day! Caloo Callay!' he
  5. chortles in his joy.
  6.    'As a reward I give you wealth beyond your wildest dreams,' he says,
  7. giving you a small bag of gold.
  8.    'But now I have one last task for thee,' he says, 'The people of this
  9. kingdom are under a terrible curse. We all live in fear of... the gnomes.'
  10.    'Their name is dreaded throughout the land. They will not rest until all
  11. humanity is dead and they reign unopposed. Their leader is merciless, and
  12. utterly evil. Unless someone could slay him, we are all doomed. My once great
  13. armies are demoralized and only a small group of elite warriors could get
  14. past the enemy lines, penetrate their fortress and defeat their king.'
  15.    'Of course, it would be a suicide mission. But if just one of you should
  16. make it back, his reward would be truly magnificent!'
  17.    'Their fortress is North of the town of Prilk. Now go! Die bravely!'
  18.    The guards lead you away, and bid you goodbye.
